Droo-ro 2004 - Day 4
Yesterdays results (including Ann's because there were Blogger probs, again!!)are:
Group C:
Ginger Nut 2-6 Chocolate Digestive
Penguin 7-1 Custard Cream
A very good day to be chocolatey!!
OK todays fixtures are the first for Group D, another potentially tight group:
Lemon Puff v Jammy Dodger
Digestive v Abbey Crunch
Lets hope everything works today.

OK...first match I think I'll have to take the jammy sandwich over the creamy one....Jammy Dodger to win
Second match is tougher...the digestive is a nice and simple classic but the Abbey Crunch did supply 50% of my speech when I was bestman so I'd best return the favour...Abbey Crunch victorious (Does anyone else have difficulty typing the word crunch...I seem to always type it crucnh everytime!! Or is it just me!!)

Jammy dodger, but only by a tiny bit, I love lemon puffs, I love them but your traditional jammie dodger can't really be beaten.
Abbey Crunch.. I think.. I can't remember them but I reckon they must be something like less bitty hobnobs.. am I right? Anyway they'll beat the boring plain digestive.. although good with cheese... hell I'll have to get back with that vote.
So Jammy dodger.. and something else.

Jammy Dodger and Digestive get my vote because I've never eaten an Abbey Crunch or a Lemon Puff. It's a shame more biccies didn't make it through qualifying, like those coconutty Nice biscuits, morish Fox's Crunch Cream, those quirky Sports biscuits or even those plain old Morning Coffee didn't get through qualifying.

OK I'm going to go with the abbey crunch. only because it has to be less boring than a digestive.
So my votes are Abbey crunch and Jammy Dodger. Spanks.

I'd have to say Lemon Puff and I don't know what an Abby Crunch is but I doubt it can beat a Digestive with a nice cuppa.
So to clarify Digestive and Lemon Puff from the Sheffield Jury.
