Droo-ro 2004 - Day 10

So now we know the first quarter finalists!! Yesterdays results were:

Group A:

Hobnob 1-5 Bourbon
Shortbread 3-3 Malted Milk

So both Bourbon and Hobnob go through. To see the final group table go to Drooster-World.

As for today, these are the final fixtures for group B:

Group B:

Rich Tea v Fig Roll
Garibaldi v Wagon Wheel

The way the results will effect the table is the same a yesterday:

Fig Roll - Just needs a draw to go through as group winner
Garibaldi - Already out but can effect the final table
Wagon Wheel and Rich Tea - Which ever team gets the better result will go through. Both can feasibly go through but they would need a massive win to overhaul the Fig Rolls goal difference. Rich Tea has a slight advantage as it has a better goal difference, however it is playing the group leader and Wagon Wheel is playing the bottom team.

Deadline for votes is tommorrow at about 11am again.

  • I didn't understand any of that...but then its based on football, so I'd rather imasculate myself with a sprout than sit down and try and figure it out... No I don't want anyone to try and explain it either.

    Fig Roll and Garibaldi. Ta.

  • I posted the final Group A table as a new post.

    Rich Tea v Fig Roll

Another tricky one. But the existence of chocolate coated Rich Teas just edges them in front. (I think you can even get plain chocolate ones. Yummy.)

    Garibaldi v Wagon Wheel

No competition: GaribaldiSo. Rich Tea and Garibaldi.
