Risky Buildings
The Cummins Engine Factory in Darlington is a Risky Building.
"The sophisticated, sleek building, with a shallow reflective pool and slender chimney sits elegantly in a parkland setting. In line with egalitarian American practice there is no visible distinction between office and factory areas. The whole effect is of a building of a more recent date." Chris might know what that means.
The guy who used to own my house even gets a mention. Spooky.

"The sophisticated, sleek building,"
Meaning a building which is both sleek and sophisticated.
"with a shallow reflective pool and slender chimney"
It has a tall-thin chimney and a shallow pool into which the buildings relfection can be seen.
"sits elegantly in a parkland setting."
Theres grass around it.
"In line with egalitarian American practice there is no visible distinction between office and factory areas."
Theres none of this 'im up there n' 'im down on't factory floor malarky.
"The whole effect is of a building of a more recent date."
Looks kinda new...I hope that clarifies everything.
